The former hay loft was converted a number of years ago and has recently been upgraded to include double glazed windows. Accommodation comprises large entrance hallway with storage area (ideal for boots and coats), large guest wc with walk-in shower cubicle, large kitchen/dining area with bay window, large living room with stairs to first floor level. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with one large bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle. The house is heated by Oil fired central heating.

Lovestone Stud Lodge is located on the outskirts of Rathangan village. There is a path leading from the house to the village. Within the village there are a number of shops, pharmacies. There is a secondary and primary school in the village. Kildare town is c.15 km from Rathangan and also nearby are the Curragh plains and Curragh racecourse. Rathangan is c.60km from the city centre.
